  • Scooptastic provides a wide range of services for both residential and commercial landscapes, focusing on maintaining clean, dog-friendly environments. Whether you’re interested in a one-time cleanup or regular visits, we want to help make your yard a fantastic environment!

  • We bill as a monthly service on the 1st of each month for recurring services. We accept all major credit cards and you can adjust your form of payment on the Client Portal anytime.

  • Not at all. If you need to cancel, pause, or change anything you can make these adjustments yourself through the Client Portal. We bill on the first of the month so service will continue until the end of the month even if you cancel. You are in control of when that happens at all times!

  • Absolutely, we guarantee our work. If we miss something let us know ASAP and we will return usually within 24 hours. If something happens and we cannot fix it we will issue a credit.

  • While we understand time constraints, in order to ensure prompt and reliable service we optimize routes on a daily basis. We always send day-before notices and on-the-way notifications so you are never caught by surprise. If you have a specific need we will do what we can to accommodate any requests, based on availability. 

  • Sure thing! We all have what we refer to as "Poop Predicaments". BBQs, kids parties, whatever—let us know and we will take care of it. Since most of these events happen on the weekends, we like to schedule these for Friday but will work our best to accommodate your needs.

  • This allows us to leave an entire day open for inclement weather conditions, “Poop Predicaments,” or last-minute schedule changes that a client may need. 

  • While we love our dogs and yours, this depends on the dog. For the first few cleanings we recommend keeping them put up, and we can evaluate how they respond to us being in their territory. If they are comfortable, you will likely find us throwing a toy for them from time to time!

  • We will double bag the landmines and place them in your garbage bin. However, if you would prefer, we can take it with us for a small fee.

  • Not at all. As long as we have access to the yard we can handle the work without taking time away from your already busy schedule. If you want to be there though, we are happy to see you and your pets anytime!

  • We have multiple ways to keep you informed of our status. We can call, text, or email, and all appointments are visible on your Client Portal for review. Let us know how you want notification and we are happy to oblige.

  • While we disinfect all tools and footwear between homes we still do not take any chances with ourselves or your family members. We stay strictly outside to avoid even the smallest chance of carrying anything from the outside in. We do require external access to your yard in order to fulfill the service. This protects your dog, family, and home as much as our own.

  • Yes! We use a sanitizing product called EfferSan, which is safe for pets and grass. This kills 99.9999% of bacteria in 60 seconds, prevents bacteria growth, and helps with odor elimination. EfferSan is EPA-registered and approved for human and livestock drinking water. This can be selected as an add-on service.

  • A little rain doesn't bother us, but sometimes Mother Nature does not play around. If necessary, we will postpone the service by a couple of days. Should Mother Nature get very serious, we will of course discount you for the missed service and return on the next regularly scheduled day. We commit to always keep you informed along the way.

  • We understand life does not always work according to your schedule. If you need to skip a session just let us know, or you can do it directly on your Client Portal. We will discount your next month's service.
