Depending on the size of your community, our team will walk the property with you to identify problem areas, discuss your concerns, and offer customized recommendations to reduce—or even eliminate—pet waste issues.
Pet Waste Management Plan
After collecting key information about your community and conducting a site visit, our team of pet waste management professionals will develop a customized plan at no cost. This plan typically includes recommendations for optimal placement of dog waste stations, an estimate of the common area square footage requiring manual cleaning, and suggested service frequency to maintain effective pet waste control.
Set the Schedule
Once you choose the option that best fits your community’s needs, just sign off on the proposal and we’ll get your property scheduled for service. If your plan includes installing dog waste stations, our team will take care of calling in a utility locate to ensure safe installation and will place the order for all necessary supplies.
Enjoy Your Clean Community
Our common area cleaning service addresses both pet waste and general litter, removing any debris that fits within our scooping equipment. For properties with scheduled dog waste station maintenance, our team will remove waste, restock bags, report any vandalism or damage, and clean a 10-foot radius around each station during every visit.
